Preservation Month Kickoff Party

Preservation Forsyth and LMI Builders, Inc. invite you to celebrate the beginning of Preservation Month in style on Friday, May 1 at the fabulous Rosenbacher House, recently restored to its former glory by its owners Joe and Jodi Williams. Downtown will be hopping that night, and this event promises to be a fun addition to the festivities! 

The house is one of the grandest Neo-Classical Revival homes in Winston-Salem. Owners Joe and Jodi Williams began the restoration process in January 2014 and are excited to reveal the fruits of their labor. Come see the house’s spectacular details, including its parlor with an Ionic-columned arcade, decorative inlay flooring, arched sliding pocket doors, leaded windows, beautiful mantles and fireplaces, and original fixtures.
