Preservation Month : Salem College Student Presentations and Reception

Join Preservation Planning Partner Salem College at a student presentation and reception on Tuesday, May 10 at the restored 1785 Single Sisters House.


Historic Preservation and Public History students will present their final projects and discuss their internships and service learning opportunities.


The Single Sisters Museum is located within the historic Single Sisters House on the campus of Salem Academy and College. Established in 1772 by Moravian settlers, it is the site of the oldest continually operating educational institution for women in the United States.


Museum hours of operation are 9 am-4:30 pm M-F and 9 am-noon Saturdays.
