Historic Wachovia Building Tour

Join us at the Historic Wachovia Building on Thursday, January 25, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., where we will take a tour of the building (including the rooftop!), learn about its history, and explore a few apartments that are available for rent. Constructed in 1911, as the headquarters for the Wachovia Bank and Trust Company, the building was Winston-Salem's first steel frame skyscraper. Don't miss your chance to see it!

The event is limited to 45 people and the cost is $10.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members. Attendees are advised to wear low-heel shoes as they will be required to climb the stairs from the eighth floor to the rooftop. Spaces will not last long, so be sure to reserve your spot today.
