Join Preservation Forsyth for A Pop-Up Walking Tour of Lockland Avenue on Monday, June 10 at 6:00 p.m.

The tour will begin at the corner of Queen Street and Lockland Avenue. From there, we will take a short walk to see, and learn about, the history and architectural details of the houses that are threatened with demolition.

All but one of the houses were built between 1923 and 1930; and all of the houses (except one) are listed on the National Register as contributing to the Ardmore National Register District. Our mission, in regard to these houses, is to convince the hospital they are worth saving.

The walking tour is free and open to the public, but we hope you will take a minute to register and let us know you are coming. Donations to Preservation Forsyth are welcome and appreciated.
