Rehabilitation Tax Credits & Preservation Easements Workshop - David Bergstone and George Edwards, professional preservationists and PF Board members, will discuss preservation easements on historic properties and available tax credits. Attendees will learn how to take advantage of economic incentives for historic preservation projects for both income generating and residential properties and how a preservation easement will protect a historic home in perpetuity. Meghan Sullivan, Restoration Specialist and Homeowner Tax Credit Program Coordinator for the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office, will join the presentation online.

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, April 1 at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Library in Winston-Salem. The event is FREE and Open to the Public, but we hope you will take a minute to register and let us know you are coming.
