David Bergstone and George Edwards, professional preservationists and PF Board members, will present Preservation Tax Credits and Incentives: A User's Guide on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Parkway United Church of Christ in Winston-Salem.

Attendees will learn how to take advantage of economic incentives for historic preservation projects for both income generating and residential properties and how a preservation easement will protect a historic home in perpetuity. Tax Credit Program staff from the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office have been invited to join the presentation.

The workshop, which is being presented by Preservation Forsyth with support from the Ardmore Neighborhood Association, is FREE and open to the public, but we ask that you please register to ensure we have a sufficient number of handouts.
