Make plans now to Meet us at East of Texas (in the Bluebonnet Room) on Tuesday, March 24, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Located in Walnut & Broad, the East of Texas restaurant anchors a complex that was formerly two roofing warehouse buildings. Local restaurateur Claire Calvin will discuss the transformation of this once vacant industrial space into a “neighborhood hub” and how it transitioned from an “eyesore” to a “trendy spot for locals.” The cost of the program is $40.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members. The fee includes one beverage (value of $10.00 or less) and East of Texas chips with salsa, chipotle queso, and guacamole. Capacity is limited, so reserve your spot today!
