The A. E. Conrad House was constructed in Lewisville during 1856, by Augustus Eugene Conrad on land that he inherited from his grandfather “River John” Conrad. Originally a plantation that encompassed over 1000 acres, the land has been home to a fruit tree nursery, sawmill, river ferry, boxwood nursery, and community fishing pond.
The cost of the tour is $25.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members. Refreshments will be served. Space is limited so be sure to reserve your spot today!
