Take the mystery out of masonry repointing and wood window repair at a mini-workshop at Korner's Folly in Kernersville. Members of the PHF Historic Windows Committee will explain how to repair wood windows' sash, cords, and weatherstripping. Hayes Wauford of Wilson-Covington Construction Company will lead a repointing demonstration.

Wilson-Covington performed interior and exterior restorations, including masonry repairs to walls and chimneys, arches, and repointing, as part of the award winning "Operation Restoration". The work involved is some of the most significant work on the home since its construction in 1880.

This event is FREE and open to the public. The first 15 to show up will enjoy free admission to Korner's Folly immediately following the workshop. Ticketed tours of Korner's Folly will also be available.

1 HSW Continuing Education Credit is available for design professionals.
