Splash Into Preservation!

Join us at the historic Nissen Building in downtown Winston-Salem on Wednesday, July 19, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Our exploration of the building will include a short tour (including an available apartment) and wine and hors d'oeuvres by the rooftop pool (sorry, no swimming is allowed). Constructed in 1926, the 18 story Nissen Building was once the tallest building in North Carolina. In 2005, the building underwent an adaptive reuse rehabilitation and today "houses residential apartments on the upper floors and commercial uses on the street level."
